Love and Respect

You have all possible avenues here for you to grow into a fully evolved person, living life to its fullest and enjoying every single moment of life. The problem seems to be that you are unable to judge when Baba is serious and when Baba is not. That is the trick I play. I am very informal in my conversations, and joke very casually with the younger generation. But they understand me and my methods of working so thoroughly. They are able to express their love and at the same time understand the distinction between love and respect. They are able to sense when Baba is jovial and when Baba is in a serious frame of mind. That helps them enjoy themselves totally.

I appreciate performers. I appreciate intelligent persons. I appreciate those who do diligent hard work. I appreciate those who follow values in their day to day life. But I need not express my appreciation. It is because people have understood my concept that they adhere to it. There is no further need to pamper them. I need to pamper only those who have not yet understood this philosophy; those who live by it have gone beyond the need to be appreciated too.

My love for you is not my love.

It is the love of God for you.

Your love for me is not the love of you for my body.

It is the love through this physical being for the God Eternity.
