Spirituality too is the art of training you towards excellence. I will point out your faults and follies, so you will not lead yourself in the wrong direction. You come out with your best. This effort will go on continuously for some more time because you are nearing the final. This is preparatory towards the final exam.

You should know where you are wrong. It is my duty to point that out to you. You tell me where you are right. This is the way I work. This is totally a management concept. This is nothing other than helping you ensure your performance. I do not harbour any personal animosity or anger towards anyone. My idea, as a good Master, is to mould you well, to help you get in tune with the excellence you are capable of. I will prepare you to be a 100% scorer in the final examination. I am not contented with 88% or even 99%. Nothing short of 100% score. I have well defined systems that will guide you towards this. Most of them are management techniques some are spiritual techniques, some of them are psychological guidance.
I will make you feel very comfortable with me. I will make you understand that I care more for you than anybody else and I will also make you understand that I am a matured person who can guide you correctly and at times I will simplify the task with my love and care and my intelligence and at times with my hardwork and at times with my efficiency. And all the time, I will function very effortlessly. That is how I work.
